We offer shipping at the following rates:

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.

REFUNDS
We are committed to offering customers the very best service and the highest quality products.
Please note that you must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and, in the event that you are dissatisfied in any way with either our service or the quality of the goods you receive, let us know promptly in writing via the feedback form in the get in touch email..
If you have received your ordered items and are not entirely happy, we will endeavour to find a satisfactory solution for you as customer service is paramount to us. At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement, refund or credit for your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of any products delivered to you but, if the goods ordered by you do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we may, in our absolute discretion, send you a "Luxury Deli" credit to the value of the goods that have fallen short of your expectations.
On occasion, we may request the return of the goods for inspection, but The Luxury Deli will cover the delivery cost when a receipt for delivery is presented up to a maximum of £15.
